Has it been and easy journey?! NO! being married is not easy. But love makes anything possible, right?
Next February 2009 we will welcome our baby. We are anxious to know what/how/when everything will happen.
You will be able to follow our baby and us growing as a Latin-American family.
Check out my 1st Easter Photoshoot:) Hope you like it;)
Yes... I am already tired of this photoshoot:( NN to eat and sleep soon! One more and it will be over!:) right mommy? A close up, huh!? Ohh yeah! Let's get started:) Someone is asking me to move my head a little bit to the right!? I can't even control my neck... HELLOOOOO What is a photoshoot!? I am too little to know that, MOM!!!
I left the hospital the same day I was born a month ago.
Me at the hospital wasn't fun:(
I AM ONE MONTH OLD! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT:)I have already scared my parents too much. After the cold my mom and dad got. It wouldn't be a surprise that I got it, right?! and with my SUPER immune system (which is nothing). I got extremely sick; to the point that I got bronchitis and had to be rushed to the hospital:( Thank God it was only for a little over 24 hrs that I had to stay there. I had to be monitored closely because I stopped breathing (for a few seconds) while I was eating at the doctor's office and the doctor didn't want me to go home in that condition. So mommy and I were rushed by ambulance to the hospital. Mommy felt so sad and worried about me:( I believe I am a strong baby and this episode will make me even stronger:) and my parents, too! We were all in the hospital on my very 1st month B-day:( Happy Easter everyone:):):)
My 3rd week has been a little rough for my parents. I am soooo hungry and I can be eating every hour especially in the evenings. So I can keep my parents awake for hours and hours and mommy has been suggested by my doctor to give me some formula if I am still hungry after breastfeeding. So I am not hungry anymore. Some nights I sleep four and up to five hours. But it is not every night. I am still too young to do that…ha-ha This week I have also tried the sling. I loved it in the beginning, I was looking everywhere and really enjoyed been kind of seating up. Until I found I couldn’t move my legs much and stretched myself a lot (which I love to do). Although there was a moment that I really liked it; when I go to sleep and my mommy has me in it, it feels so cozy; like being in her womb again. I know mommy loved wearing the sling, because she can use her two hands instead of one while carrying me around (especially while typing emails, she can use her two hands:) Next week I will tell you how I did with the sling and my dad;) Bad news daddy is back to work Monday the 6th. N I WILL MISS HIM:(:(:(

Did u see what my bib says??? Hmmm... it seems I will get anything if i ask grandma' huh!? I'm loving it!!! YEAYYYY
Los Garcia, our Colombian neighbors came to meet me during my 3rd week! n Isabella simply loved playing with Tyler. Especially putting Tyler's pacifier in his mouth although her finger got stuck in the pacifier...oppsss!
My aunt Marga Fripp came to meet me during my 3rd week
The Palmer's came to meet me during my 2nd week! Every week Tyler has guests coming over to meet him.
We heard many people saying…OHHH be ready he will pee on you (not yetJ), but we knew it was going to happen one day. He peed to the wall next to his diaper change table, He also peed on himselfbefore we could even change his diaper.
We are also introducing him to the noise machine, a beautiful little lamb that gives those noises like rainfall, heatbeats or ocean sounds, which relaxes Evelyn more than Tyler. But we want him to get use to that. This week we discovered he loves his bouncey chair and if Tyler wakes up a little while he is napping, we turn on the calming vibrations (to us it is a very strong vibration), but it works and puts little Tyler back to sleepJ (so whatever works, right?)
Ahhh we have also started to put him to sleep with us only early in the morning, so we can also sleep. And it is working. The three of us peacefully sleep.
We took him for a walk around the park in Cameron Station and eventhough Tyler had to sleep; he didn't want to miss his 1st walk outside the park with mommy & daddy. Daddy coming out of the house and going for a walk!!! was a miracle. Great miracle, though.
